This Nordlux Base in Silver is designed for homeowners and garden enthusiasts seeking a robust and durable foundation for their Nordlux garden lighting, especially in coastal environments. Its key benefit is exceptional weather resistance, minimizing maintenance and ensuring longevity. A potential caveat is its specific use as a base for Nordlux garden poles, limiting its versatility with other brands. This product offers a sturdy, weather-proof foundation, features like galvanized steel construction, and a design suited for seaside conditions.

The galvanized steel provides superior protection against rust and corrosion, making it highly durable and suitable for outdoor use, especially in harsh environments like coastal areas.
No, the galvanized steel will develop a natural, darker patina as it's exposed to the elements. This is a normal aging process that adds character and does not compromise the material's protective qualities.
This base is designed as a universal fit specifically for Nordlux garden light poles. It is not guaranteed to be compatible with poles from other brands.
Nordlux offers a 2-year guarantee on the product, with a specific 15-year guarantee on surface deterioration of the galvanized steel.
The dimensions of the base are Height: 50 cm, Width: 15 cm, and Depth: 15 cm.
Yes, the base is designed for straightforward installation, but it's important to ensure it is securely anchored to the ground for stability, especially in windy conditions.
Minor rust spots can occur initially. Gently wipe with a damp cloth. If significant rust appears, contact customer support as it might be a warranty issue.
Re-evaluate the ground preparation and anchoring method. Ensure the base is securely fastened to the ground using appropriate methods for your soil type and local wind conditions. Check that the garden pole is also firmly attached to the base.
Small rust spots can occur, especially during the initial weathering period. This is often 'rust rub' from the manufacturing process. Gently wipe with a damp cloth. For significant or persistent rust, contact customer support as this may indicate a defect covered by the guarantee.
Ensure you are using a compatible Nordlux garden pole. Check that the connection points on both the pole and the base are clean and free from obstructions. Refer to the assembly instructions for both the base and the specific garden pole.
