Cover does not fit properly
Ensure you have the correct model (Char-Broil SMART-E or EVOLVE). Verify the dimensions match your grill's size. The cover is designed for a snug fit; check if it's being obstructed.
Fabric seems to be deteriorating
While durable, prolonged extreme exposure can affect materials. Check the limited lifetime guarantee for potential replacement options if the deterioration is due to a manufacturing defect.
