Feet are wobbly or loose.
Ensure all feet are screwed in tightly. If the issue persists, check for any damage to the attachment points or the feet themselves.
Fabric has a minor stain.
Blot the stain immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For persistent stains, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild, fabric-safe cleaner, and test in an hidden area first.
Seating feels too firm.
Full foam seating can take some time to soften with regular use. Continue to use the sofa as normal; it should become more comfortable over time.
Sofa appears uneven.
