The RidgeMonkey XL Hot Water Bottle is designed for individuals seeking extended heat coverage, whether for staying warm during chilly nights outdoors or targeting muscle tension across larger areas like the back and shoulders. Its primary benefit is the unique, elongated tubular shape which offers significantly more surface area contact than traditional square-shaped bottles, though users should note that its larger 2-liter size requires more storage space in a rucksack or luggage.

This bottle has a 2-liter capacity.
Yes, the brushed jacket is removable and should be washed on a gentle cycle.
It is recommended to use hot water rather than freshly boiled water to preserve the lifespan of the internal material.
The bottle has an approximate weight of 550g when empty.
The 2mm wall provides increased durability and better thermal insulation to keep the water warm for a longer period.
Check that the stopper is screwed on straight and tight. If it continues to leak, inspect the rubber seal for debris or cracks.
Ensure the provided brushed jacket is correctly installed. If the bottle is still too hot, wrap it in an additional thin towel.
Fill slowly to prevent splashing and allow air to escape from the neck as the water enters.
To fill the bottle, ensure the water is hot but not boiling, as extreme temperatures can degrade the material over time. Fill the bottle slowly to approximately two-thirds capacity to allow for air expansion, then carefully expel excess air before tightening the stopper securely. For maintenance, always remove the brushed jacket before washing it in a machine on a gentle cycle. The internal bottle should only be wiped down with a damp cloth; avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges, as these can compromise the integrity of the 2mm walls. Always inspect the stopper seal periodically to ensure there are no cracks or signs of wear.
