The Disney Frozen 2 Deluxe Tri Scooter is designed for riders up to a maximum weight of 20kg.
How do I adjust the handlebar height?
Locate the adjustment collar on the handlebar stem. Loosen it, slide the handlebars to your desired height (between 64-74cm), and then securely re-tighten the collar.
Are the tires inflatable?
No, the tires are made of puncture-proof EVA material and do not require inflation.
What age is this scooter suitable for?

Can this scooter be used on different surfaces?
The scooter is designed for smooth, flat surfaces like pavements and well-maintained paths. Performance may be limited on rougher or uneven terrain.
How should I clean the scooter?
Wipe the scooter down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Troubleshooting
Handlebars feel wobbly
Ensure the handlebar stem is fully inserted into the base and the height adjustment collar is tightly secured.
Scooter is difficult to steer
Check that the wheels are spinning freely and that no debris is obstructing them. Ensure the handlebar is not turned too sharply for the child's ability.
Deck feels slippery
The anti-slip footplate is designed for grip. Ensure the surface is clean and dry. If excessive wear is suspected, inspect the footplate for damage.
