When new, some minor shedding is normal. Washing it on a delicate cycle as instructed will minimize shedding over time.
Avoid fabric softeners in the wash. Ensure you are using a gentle cycle and consider air drying it to prevent heat damage to the synthetic fibers.
Gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled upholstery brush or shake the throw vigorously to help the fibers stand up again.
The Dalton throw requires no setup; simply remove it from the packaging and shake it gently to fluff the fibers. It is compatible with most interior styles, from minimalist to traditional. To maintain the quality of the fabric, wash the throw on a cool, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can break down the fibers over time. Air drying is highly recommended to preserve the integrity of the ribbed texture and the softness of the fleece. If you must use a machine, select a low-heat setting only.
