FAQs
Can I remove the stand to mount this on a wall?
This model is designed specifically as a tabletop unit with an adjustable stand; it is not intended for wall mounting.
Does the magnifying mirror stay in place on its own?
Yes, the 5X magnifying mirror is designed to attach to the main surface area, but it can be removed easily if you only need the standard reflection.
What is the primary function of the memory feature?
The memory feature remembers your last used color temperature and brightness level so you don't have to adjust the settings every time you power it on.
Is the mirror battery-operated?
No, this mirror requires a constant power connection to the wall to operate the LED lighting system.
Can I use the USB port while the mirror is off?
Typically, the mirror must be plugged into a power source for the USB port to function, though the mirror itself does not need to be 'on' for the port to deliver charge.
Troubleshooting
Touch controls are not responding
Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds to reset the internal controller and try again.
LED lights are flickering
Check the power connection at the back of the mirror to ensure it is pushed in fully and firmly.
USB port is not charging my phone
Verify that the mirror's main power supply is active and that your charging cable is fully functional.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Placement: Set the mirror on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the power cord reaches your wall outlet comfortably without pulling.
- Assembly: Carefully attach the base to the mirror frame following the included instructions to ensure a wobble-free experience.
- Power: Plug the AC adapter into the back of the unit. The touch-sensitive power button will illuminate, indicating the mirror is in standby mode.
- Maintenance: Clean the glass surface using a soft microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Avoid using abrasive sponges that may scratch the anti-reflective coating.
- Care: Keep the mirror away from direct water contact. While the LED strip is durable, it is not waterproof.
