Troubleshooting
Decoration appears uneven or warped.
Due to the handmade nature and natural materials, slight variations in shape are normal. Allow it to hang for a few days; gravity may help it settle. Ensure it is hung on a flat surface.
Dust accumulation.
Gently use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust. For harder-to-reach areas, a very soft brush can be used.
Hanging string seems weak.
Ensure the hanging surface (nail/hook) is secure and appropriate for the weight of the decoration. The string is designed for the item's weight but relies on a secure mounting point.
