FAQs

How do I clean the eraser?

Knead the eraser frequently to expose a clean surface. You can also gently roll it on a clean piece of paper to remove some of the absorbed pigment.

Can I use this eraser on all types of paper?

While it is suitable for most papers, test it on a small, inconspicuous area of delicate paper to ensure it doesn't damage the surface.

What is the purpose of the plastic case?

The plastic case protects the eraser from dust and debris, helping to keep it clean and prolong its lifespan.

Is this eraser suitable for blending?

Yes, it is excellent for blending and softening lines in charcoal and pastel work.

How do I shape the eraser?

You can mold it with your fingers into various shapes to suit your needs, such as a point for detail work or a flat surface for larger areas.

What should I do if the eraser gets too sticky?

If it becomes too sticky, it likely has absorbed too much pigment. Knead it thoroughly to redistribute the pigment, or consider replacing it.

Troubleshooting

Eraser is not lifting the media effectively.

Try kneading the eraser to expose a clean surface. If the eraser is very dirty, consider replacing it.
