FAQs

Can I use this for both toilets and kitchen sinks?

Yes, the 10.5cm design is versatile enough to handle both, though it is recommended to sanitize the plunger thoroughly if you are moving between a toilet and a sink.

How do I store the plungers?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the rubber material to become brittle over time.

Will this work on clogged bathtubs?

Yes, it is effective for standard bathtub drains, provided the surface around the drain is flat enough for the rubber cup to form a seal.

What should I do if the clog is too deep?

If repeated plunging does not clear the obstruction, the clog may be located further down the pipe, which may require a drain snake or professional plumbing assistance.

Is the handle replaceable?

The handle is permanently fixed to the suction cup for maximum stability during use and is not designed to be swapped out.

Troubleshooting

Plunger fails to create a seal

Ensure there is enough water in the basin to submerge the rubber cup and check the drain surface for debris that might prevent a flat seal.

Rubber cup has lost its shape

Soak the rubber head in warm (not boiling) water for several minutes to restore its original flexibility and shape.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent suction power for stubborn blockages
Durable, long-lasting handle construction
Versatile for both kitchen and bathroom plumbing
Two-pack provides value and redundancy
Simple, intuitive operation

Cons

Not intended for massive commercial drainage systems
Requires manual effort for optimal pressure
10.5cm size may not cover oversized custom drains

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No assembly is required; the units arrive ready to use out of the box. The plungers are compatible with standard ceramic, porcelain, and stainless steel fixtures. To maintain the life of your plungers, rinse the rubber suction cup thoroughly with hot soapy water or a disinfectant after every use. Allow the rubber to air dry completely before storing in a dark, dry location to prevent the material from cracking or degrading over time.
