It is optimized for round stones. While it might hold a small rectangular stone, it is not recommended for stability reasons.
The handle is heat-resistant for brief transfers, but it should not be placed inside a high-heat oven for long durations.
The high-grade stainless steel is rust-resistant, especially when properly cleaned and dried after use.
The total length is 48 cm, including the handle.
Yes, it is excellent for lifting round grill plates, large cookies, or cakes, provided they fit within the 28cm diameter.
Ensure the lifter is positioned exactly at the center of the stone's diameter before lifting.
Check that no debris is stuck between the stone edge and the lifter; clear any buildup to ensure a flush fit.
This lifter requires no assembly out of the box. To ensure a long lifespan, it is recommended to place it in the dishwasher using a standard cycle. While the tool is heat-resistant, avoid leaving it inside a hot oven or on a live fire for extended periods when not actively transferring food, as the nylon handle has a maximum temperature threshold. For storage, utilize the hanging loop to keep the tool accessible but away from sharp kitchen implements that could scratch the stainless steel surface.
