Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, ensure the griddle is placed on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Connect a compatible gas regulator (purchased separately) to your propane source, ensuring all connections are tightened to prevent leaks. Always perform a leak test before firing up the burners for the first time. To care for the ceramic surface, allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning. Use a mild soap and water solution with a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid using harsh steel wool or acidic cleaners, as these can degrade the non-stick properties over time. During off-seasons, store the unit in a dry, covered area, preferably with a waterproof grill cover, to protect the black and beige finish from environmental oxidation.
