Do I need electricity for this bidet?
No, the Luxe Bidet NEO 185 is a non-electric model and operates using your home's existing water pressure.
How do I switch between the rear and feminine wash?
The bidet features a control knob or lever that allows you to select and adjust the water pressure for either the rear wash or the feminine wash.
Will this fit my toilet?
The NEO 185 is designed for most standard two-piece toilets. Compatibility with one-piece toilets or unique seat designs may vary. Please check your toilet's dimensions against the product specifications.
How often do the nozzles clean themselves?
The self-cleaning function activates automatically after each use when the water is turned off, rinsing the nozzle before it retracts.
What is the warranty period?
The Luxe Bidet NEO 185 comes with an 18-month warranty.
Can I adjust the water temperature?
This model does not have a water heating feature; it uses cold water from your toilet's supply line.
Troubleshooting
No water or weak water flow.
Ensure the toilet's water supply valve is fully open. Check that the T-adapter is correctly installed and not obstructed. Verify that the bidet hose is not kinked.
Leaking from connections.
Ensure all connections are tightened securely but do not overtighten. Check that the rubber washers are properly seated in the T-adapter and hose connections.
Nozzle not retracting.
Ensure the water pressure is sufficient. Try activating the wash function briefly to dislodge any potential minor obstructions. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Uneven spray pattern.
Check for any debris that might be partially blocking the nozzle holes. Ensure the selected wash mode (rear/feminine) is correctly engaged.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Luxe Bidet NEO 185 is designed for straightforward installation. Ensure you have access to your toilet's water supply valve. Turn off the water supply, disconnect the existing water hose from the tank, attach the provided T-adapter, and connect the bidet's steel hose. All necessary adapters and a small installation wrench are included. Installation typically takes 15-20 minutes.
Compatibility: This bidet attachment is compatible with most standard two-piece toilets. It may not fit all one-piece toilets or toilets with unusual tank-to-seat dimensions. Ensure your toilet seat can be lifted sufficiently to accommodate the bidet attachment.
Care: To clean the bidet, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can damage the finish. The self-cleaning nozzle feature ensures regular nozzle maintenance. Periodically check connections for any signs of leaks.
