Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This watch comes with the time pre-set. To set the time, gently pull the crown outwards until it clicks. Turn the crown to adjust the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Once set, push the crown back in firmly. The bracelet may require adjustment for a perfect fit; this is typically done by a professional jeweller to remove or add links.
Compatibility: As a traditional analogue watch, there are no electronic compatibility requirements. It is designed to be worn on the wrist.
Care:
- Clean the watch case and bracelet periodically with a soft, dry cloth.
- For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth, ensuring no moisture enters the watch case. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Ensure the crown is pushed in fully to maintain water resistance.
- The battery will eventually need replacement, usually every 1-2 years, which should be done by a qualified watch technician to preserve the seal.
