This 25-piece 10-ton hydraulic gear, hub, and pulley puller set is designed for professional mechanics and automotive repair shops. It offers a powerful hydraulic ram for efficiently removing stubborn gears, hubs, and bearings in both internal and external applications. While versatile, its professional-grade nature means a steeper learning curve for novice users compared to simpler manual pullers.

The hydraulic ram has a capacity of 10 tons, which is equivalent to approximately 20,000 pounds of force.
While versatile, this puller is designed for high-force applications. For very small or delicate parts, manual pullers or specialized tools might be more appropriate to avoid damage.
The set includes a twin head for 2-leg configurations and a triple head for 3-leg configurations. Simply attach the desired legs to the corresponding head.
It is suitable for pulling gears, hubs, pulleys, flanges, and bearings in both internal and external applications.
Keep the ram clean and store it properly. Periodically check the fluid level and condition. If the ram feels spongy or loses pressure, it may require bleeding air from the hydraulic system.
Specific replacement parts like individual legs or bolts may need to be sourced directly from the manufacturer or specialized tool suppliers if lost or damaged.
The set includes a 10-ton hydraulic ram, sets of 3 x 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm legs, a twin head, a triple head, extension rods, a main rod, a beam separator, bolts, and a ram nut, all housed in a blow molded case.
Check that the release valve is fully closed. Ensure the ram is properly connected. If pressure is still low, the hydraulic system may need bleeding or servicing.
Ensure the legs are securely gripping the component. Use the correct leg length and configuration for the task. Try repositioning the puller for a firmer hold.
Ensure the component is not seized beyond the ram's 10-ton capacity. Check for obstructions. Apply penetrating oil to the seized component and allow it to soak in before attempting to pull again.
Verify correct assembly and connection. Apply more force gradually. Consider using a penetrating lubricant on the seized area. Ensure the puller is centered on the component.
