Exploding Kittens That Escalated Quickly is a pocket-sized, hilarious travel card game designed for 3-5 players, ages 10 and up. Its key benefit is turning any gathering into a laugh-out-loud experience by challenging players to rank ridiculous answers in the correct order. A potential caveat is that the game's humor can be subjective, relying on players' shared sense of the absurd. This game offers maximum replayability with 5 Number Cards and 50 double-sided Question Cards, making it easy to learn and quick to play, fostering connection and fun on the go.

The main goal is to correctly rank a set of ridiculous answers according to a given prompt, leading to humorous debates and insights into how players perceive things.
The game is designed for 3 to 5 players.
The recommended age range is 10 years and older.
Yes, its compact size and engaging gameplay make it an excellent choice for road trips, vacations, and other travel scenarios.
The game includes 5 Number Cards and 50 double-sided Question Cards.
Absolutely. While suitable for ages 10+, the humor and ranking mechanics are designed to be enjoyable for adults as well, often leading to hilarious adult-centric interpretations.
Setup is minimal: separate the Number Cards, shuffle the Question Cards, and place them where all players can see them. No extensive preparation is needed.
Read the prompt aloud clearly. If the meaning is still ambiguous, players can briefly discuss interpretations before ranking, but avoid over-explaining to maintain game flow.
This is part of the fun! Players should explain their reasoning, but ultimately, the recorded ranking stands. The goal is discussion and laughter, not perfect consensus.
Ensure players are familiar with the rules. Encourage quicker decision-making for ranking. If a specific question consistently slows the game, consider setting it aside for future rounds.
If a Question Card is lost, it cannot be replaced. The game can still be played with the remaining cards, though replayability might be slightly reduced.
