FAQs
Does this jar come with candy inside?
No, the Personalised Sweetie Stash Glass Jar is shipped empty so you can fill it with your preferred treats.
Can I use all capital letters for the name?
While technically possible, it is not recommended as it may affect the legibility of the print.
How should I clean the bamboo lid?
Wipe the bamboo lid with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or using a dishwasher, as this may warp the wood.
Is the glass dishwasher safe?
To protect the personalization, we recommend hand washing the glass jar gently with warm water.
Can I personalize the 'Sweetie Stash, Hands Off' text?
The text 'Sweetie Stash, Hands Off' is standard; personalization is limited to the name provided.
Troubleshooting
Lid feels loose or does not seal tightly
Ensure the rubber gasket on the bamboo lid is properly seated in the groove and free of debris.
The personalized text appears faded or difficult to read
Avoid cleaning the exterior with abrasive sponges or chemicals that may degrade the print; use only a soft, damp cloth.
Condensation inside the glass
Keep the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to ensure the seal performs correctly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon receiving your jar, ensure it is thoroughly washed with warm, soapy water and dried completely before adding your first batch of sweets. To maintain the longevity of the personalization and the bamboo lid, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or soaking the lid in water for extended periods. The jar is designed for standard shelf storage; keep it away from extreme heat sources to protect the integrity of the airtight seal. When submitting your personalization text, input the name exactly as you wish it to appear, keeping in mind that lowercase or sentence-case lettering is recommended for the best aesthetic result.
