The Q-CONNECT AAA Alkaline Batteries are designed for users requiring reliable, general-purpose power for home or office electronics. These batteries provide consistent, high-performance energy for everyday devices like remote controls, toys, and portable clocks, while featuring a mercury-free construction for safer handling. A key caveat to note is that these are single-use alkaline batteries and cannot be recharged, so they should be recycled appropriately after their energy is depleted.

Yes, Q-CONNECT manufactures these batteries without any added mercury.
It is highly recommended to use batteries of the same brand, type, and age to prevent uneven discharge and possible damage to your device.
Check your local municipal waste guidelines for battery recycling programs in your area, as they should not be disposed of in standard household trash.
Verify that the positive and negative ends are aligned correctly with the device's terminal markings.
This is a sign of leaking from old batteries; clean the contact points with a cotton swab and vinegar or lemon juice before inserting new ones.
Ensure that the battery contacts in the device are clean and free from oxidation or dust, and verify the batteries are fully seated.
To ensure optimal performance and safety, always insert the batteries according to the polarity markings (+ and -) indicated inside your device's battery compartment. Mixing old and new batteries, or using different battery types within the same device, can lead to leakage or reduced performance. Always replace the entire set of batteries simultaneously. Store unused batteries in a cool, dry place and remove them from devices if you plan on storing the equipment for a long period to prevent potential damage from corrosion.
