How do I clean the iCandy Cocoon 360?

The fabric covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. The plastic parts and harness should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Always allow parts to dry fully before use.

Troubleshooting

Car seat not locking onto the base

Ensure the base support leg is firmly on the floor and the base is correctly positioned. Realign the car seat with the base connectors and push down firmly until a click is heard and indicators show a secure lock.

ISOFIX base won't install

Verify that your vehicle is equipped with ISOFIX anchor points and that they are not obstructed. Consult your vehicle's user manual for correct ISOFIX installation procedures.

Support leg is unstable

Adjust the support leg so it makes solid contact with the vehicle floor. Ensure it is fully extended and locked into position. Some vehicle floor shapes may require careful positioning.

Fabric fading or damage

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Follow the washing instructions carefully for the fabric covers. Minor scratches on plastic can sometimes be buffed out with a plastic polish, but avoid harsh chemicals.
