Product Information

Full details

The Saint Laurent SL 639 sunglasses are designed for adults seeking a blend of high-fashion luxury and daily utility. Their standout feature is the sophisticated cat-eye silhouette, which adds a vintage-inspired elegance to any wardrobe while ensuring durable wear. A key caveat to consider is that the specific frame dimensions of 52/21/140 may feel snug on wider face shapes, so verifying your preferred fit is recommended.

FAQs

What do the numbers 52/21/140 represent?

These represent the lens width (52mm), bridge width (21mm), and temple length (140mm) in millimeters.

Are these sunglasses suitable for prescription lenses?

Most high-quality frames like the SL 639 are compatible with prescription lenses, but you should consult with a certified optician to confirm compatibility for your specific prescription.

How should I store these sunglasses?

Always store them in a protective case to prevent accidental damage or lens scratching.

Is the brown color very dark?

The brown is designed to be a sophisticated, versatile tone that is deep enough to look elegant but provides a warmer aesthetic than black.

Can I wear these for long periods?

Yes, they are designed with ergonomics in mind for extended comfort, though fit can vary by individual facial structure.

Troubleshooting

The frames feel slightly uneven when worn.

Visit an authorized eyewear boutique for a professional frame adjustment to ensure the temples are balanced.

Smudges and fingerprints persist on the lenses.

Gently clean with a dedicated lens spray and a clean microfiber cloth in circular motions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your SL 639 sunglasses maintain their premium quality, store them in a hard-shell case whenever they are not in use. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or hot environments, such as a parked car, as extreme heat can warp the frame material over time. When cleaning, use only a microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution; avoid paper towels or tissues, which can contain wood fibers that cause microscopic scratches on the lenses or frame finish.
