Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the wok with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any manufacturing residue. When cooking, use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the enamel coating. Avoid using metal scrapers or high-abrasion scrubbers. While the wok is induction-compatible, ensure you lift the pan rather than sliding it across glass cooktops to prevent surface scratches. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water, as thermal shock can cause the enamel to crack. For cleaning, hand-wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly before storage.
