FAQs

What is SYSTEM 36?

SYSTEM 36 refers to Daiwa's accessory system that utilizes 36mm diameter legs, allowing for a wide range of compatible attachments like rod rests, bait trays, and umbrella arms.

Can I attach accessories from other brands?

While some accessories might have similar diameters, secure and intended compatibility is guaranteed only with Daiwa's official SYSTEM 36 accessories.

How much weight can the chair support?

The product information does not specify a maximum weight capacity. However, it is designed for typical angler use and built with durable materials for stability.

How do I clean the mesh seat?

The mesh seat can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow it to air dry completely before folding or storing.

What is the primary benefit of the Slide Tray?

The Slide Tray provides convenient, easily accessible storage for bait, tools, and other essentials, keeping them within reach while fishing.

Does the chair come assembled?

The chair is largely assembled but requires minor setup, such as extending the legs and positioning the Slide Tray. Any compatible accessories need to be attached separately.

Is the chair suitable for rough terrain?

Yes, the chair features large, tilting mud feet designed to provide stability on various terrains, including soft or uneven ground.

Troubleshooting

Chair is unstable on uneven ground.

Ensure the large tilting mud feet are fully extended and making solid contact with the ground. Adjust the angle of the mud feet individually to conform to the terrain.

Slide Tray is difficult to slide or lock.

Check for any debris obstructing the tray runners. Ensure the tray is correctly aligned with its designated slots. Lightly clean the runners if necessary.

Accessories do not fit securely.

Verify that the accessories are part of the Daiwa SYSTEM 36 range. Ensure the clamps are tightened correctly onto the 36mm legs or the tray rail.

Chair feels wobbly after setup.

Double-check that all telescopic legs are fully extended and securely locked in place. Ensure all accessory clamps are tightened firmly.
