FAQs
Does this dryer use heat?
The Biodrier Executive uses high-velocity air to push water off the hands rather than relying solely on high heat, making it energy-efficient.
Can I install this in a shower room?
No. The IP33 rating is for drip-proof protection only and is not suitable for high-humidity areas like showers or areas prone to direct water spray.
How often should I refill the fragrance system?
Refill frequency depends on usage levels; we recommend checking the fragrance module during routine monthly maintenance cycles.
Is the unit loud?
While the motor is powerful, it is designed for efficiency. You can utilize the lower speed setting if the noise level is an issue for your specific location.
What is the warranty period?
Please refer to the documentation included in your specific packaging or contact the supplier to verify the warranty coverage based on your purchase date.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the Biodrier Executive (HD-BE1000W) should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with local electrical codes. The unit requires a permanent power connection. Regarding compatibility, ensure the wall surface is flat and capable of supporting the weight of the dryer. For maintenance, clean the outer UV-coated shell with a soft, damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner to protect the finish. Avoid using high-pressure water or steam cleaners, as the unit is rated IP33, which provides protection against light dripping water but not heavy moisture infiltration. Regularly check and replenish the integrated fragrance system to ensure the odour-neutralising functionality remains active.
