The terminal is specifically designed for 6mm² conductors.
Yes, it is designed for standard DIN rail mounting systems.
It requires a standard flat-head or Phillips screwdriver compatible with the screw head size provided on the terminal.
The NSYTRV62 is a 2-position feed-through terminal, which is generally used for single-level, point-to-point connections.
Yes, it belongs to the Schneider Electric Linergy TR range.
Verify that the wire gauge matches the 6mm² specification and ensure the screw is fully engaged with the clamp plate.
Check the DIN rail for debris or deformations and ensure the terminal locking mechanism is in the fully open position before pressing.
To install the NSYTRV62, align the base of the terminal with your standard DIN rail and press firmly until it snaps into position. For wiring, strip the insulation from your 6mm² conductor to the recommended length, insert the wire into the clamp, and tighten the screw using an appropriate screwdriver to the manufacturer's specified torque. To maintain the integrity of your system, periodically inspect the terminals during routine maintenance to ensure that screw connections remain tight and free of oxidation. Avoid using excessive force when tightening, as this may damage the clamp threads.
