FAQs

What size gas tank should I use?

It is strongly recommended to use a 5 kg gas tank for this set.

Can the table be used for dining without the fire pit on?

Yes, the table functions as a standard dining surface when the fire pit is turned off and covered.

How do I clean the rattan furniture?

Wipe down the rattan with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then rinse and let it air dry.

Is the set weather-resistant?

The set is designed for outdoor use; however, covering the furniture during winter or extreme weather will help preserve its lifespan.

Are the cushions machine washable?

Check the care labels on the cushions, though spot cleaning is generally recommended to maintain the fabric structure.

What are the dimensions of the sofas?

Each 2-seater sofa measures 124L x 70W x 74H cm.

Troubleshooting

The fire pit will not ignite

Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and ensure the gas valve is fully open.

Gas smell detected

Immediately turn off the gas tank, ensure no open flames are nearby, and check all joints and hoses for leaks using a soap solution.

Cushions feel damp

Allow cushions to air dry fully in a shaded area and store them indoors during prolonged wet weather.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Elegant and modern grey rattan finish
Comprehensive 6-seat capacity for hosting
Sturdy construction with durable tempered glass
Fire pit adds immediate value for evening outdoor use
Includes comfortable, fitted cushions

Cons

Requires manual safety checks for gas hoses

Needs protection or covers during extreme weather

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For proper assembly, place the gas fire pit unit precisely on the tempered glass top as instructed. Before your first use, conduct a thorough leak test on all gas joints and the hose to ensure safety. We highly recommend using a 5 kg gas tank for optimal fit and performance. To keep the set looking new, clean the rattan with a damp cloth periodically and ensure the cushions are stored in a dry location when not in use or during heavy rainfall. Always keep the fire pit igniter area free from debris to prevent ignition failure.
