FAQs

What type of bulb should I use with the Blanco Pendant?

The Blanco Pendant is compatible with most standard bulb types. For best results and energy efficiency, we recommend using an LED or energy-saving bulb. Please check the maximum wattage supported by your pendant light fitting.

Does this product come with a light fitting or bulb?

No, this product is a light shade only. You will need to provide your own compatible pendant light fitting and light bulb.

How do I clean the textured surface?

Gently wipe the shade with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth, ensuring not to oversaturate the textured areas. Always ensure the light is off and cool before cleaning.

Can this pendant be used in a bathroom?

While it can be used in any room, ensure it is installed in an area protected from direct moisture and steam. For bathrooms, consider specific lighting fixtures rated for damp or wet environments.

What is the diameter of the Blanco Pendant?

The Blanco Pendant has a simple, round shape. Specific dimensions can usually be found in the product's technical specifications on the retailer's website.

Is the white finish prone to yellowing over time?

High-quality finishes are designed to resist yellowing. Using compatible bulbs (like LEDs) that produce less heat can also help maintain the white finish's appearance.

Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the light bulb is correctly screwed in, the power supply is active, and the pendant fitting is properly connected.

Uneven light diffusion

Check that the bulb is centered within the shade and that the shade is hung straight. Ensure the bulb wattage does not exceed the recommended limit for the fitting.

Shade appears loose

Carefully check the attachment mechanism of the shade to the pendant fitting. If it feels insecure, consult a qualified electrician.
