Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check that the EVA silent pads are correctly positioned between the frame and the floor. Verify the mattress is not slipping.
Check the power connection to the LED strip and the main power source. Ensure the remote or app is properly paired with the lighting system. Try restarting the app or re-pairing the remote.
Ensure there are no obstructions in the storage area. Distribute the weight of the items inside evenly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Verify that the bed frame is plugged into a working power outlet. Test the charging ports with different devices to rule out a device issue. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected.
Setup: Assembly is required and includes the necessary tools and instructions. The frame is designed for straightforward construction, though it ships in two packages, so ensure you have both before starting.
