This 18" Buffalo Soft Coco Platform Broom (MPN: 2351) is designed for efficiently cleaning large indoor spaces, particularly those requiring a gentle touch. Its natural coco bristles excel at capturing fine dust without scratching surfaces, making it ideal for environments like retail stores, showrooms, or workshops. The primary caveat is that the handle/shaft must be purchased separately. Key features include its wide 18" sweeping path, soft coco bristles, a robust wooden stock, and the durable 'Tuff-Lok' bracket system.

No, the handle/shaft for the Buffalo 18" Soft Coco Platform Broom must be purchased separately.
This broom is ideal for large indoor areas with smooth, finished surfaces like polished concrete, linoleum, tile, or wood, especially where fine dust collection is important.
This broom is designed for indoor use. Outdoor conditions with rougher debris and exposure to elements may damage the soft coco bristles and wooden stock.
The 'Tuff-Lok' bracket is a secure attachment system designed to firmly connect the broom head to the handle. It comes with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
After sweeping, shake off loose debris. You can wipe the bristles with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid immersing the broom head in water or using harsh cleaning chemicals.
The 'Tuff-Lok' bracket is guaranteed for life. The broom head's wooden stock and bristles are subject to normal wear and tear; specific warranty details beyond the bracket may vary and should be confirmed.
While durable for its intended purpose, the soft coco bristles are best suited for fine dust and lighter debris. For heavy, caked-on dirt or construction debris, a broom with stiffer bristles would be more appropriate.
Ensure the handle is fully and securely inserted into the 'Tuff-Lok' bracket. Check for any debris obstructing the connection. If the bracket itself is damaged, contact customer support as it is covered by a lifetime guarantee.
Avoid storing the broom bristles-down. Try hanging the broom or storing it with bristles facing up. Gentle reshaping may be possible by hand, but severe splaying indicates excessive wear.
Ensure the broom is being used on an appropriate surface for its soft bristles. Check for any blockages or compacted debris within the bristles. For very heavy debris, a stiffer broom might be more suitable.
