FAQs

What makes the Jolly Moggy Catnip Tune Chaser engaging for cats?

It combines the allure of catnip with a motion-activated sound chip (on the Fish model) and a shape designed to satisfy natural hunting instincts, encouraging chasing, pouncing, and batting.

Is the sound chip on the Fish toy replaceable?

The product information does not specify if the sound chip is replaceable. It is designed to be activated by touch.

How do I clean the Rosewood Jolly Moggy Catnip Tune Chaser?

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water, as this could damage the catnip and sound chip.

Can this toy be used for kittens?

Yes, the compact size and engaging features make it suitable for kittens and adult cats alike. Always supervise young kittens during play.

How long does the catnip effect last?

The catnip is enclosed within the toy. Its potency can be refreshed by gently squeezing the toy. Over time, the scent may diminish.

Are there other characters available besides the Fish?

What are the dimensions of the toy?

The toy measures approximately 12cm in length.

Troubleshooting

Toy is not attracting the cat's attention

Ensure the toy contains fresh catnip. You can refresh the catnip's scent by gently squeezing the toy. For the Fish model, ensure the motion sensor is not obstructed and try a firmer touch to activate the sound chip.

Sound chip on Fish toy is not working

Check that the toy has been activated by a sufficient touch. If the toy has been heavily used or exposed to moisture, the sound chip may be damaged. Contact customer support if the issue persists.

Cat is destroying the toy too quickly

This toy is designed for active play. If your cat is particularly rough, supervise play sessions to ensure safety and prolong the toy's life. Consider rotating toys to manage wear.
