FAQs

Is this set suitable for year-round outdoor use?

Yes, the PE rattan and galvanized steel construction are designed for the outdoors, but we strongly recommend covering the set or storing it during extreme weather.

Can I wash the cushion covers?

Yes, the covers are removable, allowing you to wash them to keep your furniture looking fresh.

What tools are needed for assembly?

The set arrives flat-packed with the necessary components for assembly. Using a basic hand tool set will make the process faster, though basic instructions are included.

What is the thickness of the table glass?

The coffee table features 5mm thick transparent tempered glass for safety and durability.

How do I handle color discrepancies?

As noted, colors may differ slightly due to monitor settings or ambient lighting; returns based on minor color variances cannot be accepted.

Troubleshooting

Tabletop glass is sliding or unstable

Ensure all suction cups are properly positioned on the frame and that the glass is centered squarely over them.

Wobbling frame during assembly

Check that all bolts are tightened evenly. It is best to tighten them only halfway until the entire piece is assembled, then fully tighten to ensure stability.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Sturdy powder-coated steel construction prevents rust
  • Versatile 5-piece configuration for multiple seating arrangements
  • Tempered glass top provides a safe and stable surface
  • Removable cushion covers facilitate simple cleaning

Cons

  • Cushions are not waterproof and require storage
  • Requires assembly upon arrival
  • Color may vary slightly from online product images

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The set arrives flat-packed, requiring assembly before use. We recommend having an extra pair of hands to help align the steel frames during the build process. To ensure the longevity of your investment, keep the following care tips in mind:

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the rattan with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the synthetic weave.
  • Cushion Care: Although the covers are removable, the cushions themselves should be stored in a dry indoor area or kept under a waterproof furniture cover when the set is not in use to prevent mold or fabric damage.
  • Frame Maintenance: Regularly inspect the galvanized steel tubes for any chips in the powder coating and touch them up with rust-inhibiting paint if necessary to preserve the frame's integrity.
