Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues. For optimal performance, always pre-heat the pan over medium heat for a minute or two before adding oil or food. While the pan is durable, avoid using metal utensils directly on the surface to prevent scratching; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. For cleaning, allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock. If stuck-on food occurs, soaking the pan in warm soapy water or using a stainless steel cleaner will restore its appearance without damaging the metal integrity.
