What is the main advantage of this low-profile mount?

The primary advantage is its ultra-slim design, which positions the TV just 28mm from the wall, saving significant space and creating a clean, modern aesthetic.

Can I tilt or swivel my TV with this mount?

No, this is a fixed TV mount, meaning it holds the TV in one position and does not offer tilt or swivel adjustments.

How do I know if my TV is compatible?

Compatibility is determined by your TV's screen size (26-55 inches) and its VESA mounting pattern (up to 400x400mm). Check the back of your TV for VESA hole dimensions.

Is the safety locking system difficult to use?

No, the safety locking system is designed for ease of use. It operates via a pull cord that either locks or unlocks the TV from the bracket, typically without needing tools for adjustments.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The bracket can safely support a maximum load of 40kg.

Do I need to use tools to attach the TV after installation?

Once the bracket is initially fitted, the safety locking design allows you to lock or unlock the TV from the bracket without the need for a screwdriver.

Does it come with all the necessary screws?

Yes, the product comes with accessories required for installation, which typically include various screw sizes for attaching the mount to different TVs and wall fixings.

Troubleshooting

TV not sitting flush against the wall

Ensure all mounting screws (both on the TV and the wall plate) are fully tightened and that no cables are obstructing the fit.

Safety lock not engaging or releasing properly

Check that the cord is not tangled and that there is no debris interfering with the locking mechanism. Gently pull the cord to test its function.

Bracket feels loose on the wall

Re-check the wall fixings. Ensure you are using appropriate anchors for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors, concrete plugs) and that they are securely installed. Consult a professional if unsure.
