Ensure the rim of the tin and the inside of the lid are clean and free from debris. Gently bend the lid's rim inwards slightly if it feels too loose, or outwards if too tight.
This typically occurs if the tin has been submerged in water or cleaned with harsh detergents. Ensure only wipe-clean care is followed. If the issue persists with proper care, contact customer support.
Rust spots can form if moisture is trapped. Ensure the tin is completely dry after wiping and stored in a dry environment. Light rust can sometimes be gently buffed away with a soft cloth.
This cake tin requires no assembly and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. It is compatible with storing dry food items. To maintain its appearance and integrity, wipe clean only with a damp cloth. It is crucial to dry immediately after cleaning and do not submerge in water or place it in a dishwasher, as this can damage the tinplate and its printed design. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.
