The chair is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 120kg.
No, the armrest height is fixed relative to the seat, but it adjusts when you change the overall chair height.
Yes, this product comes with a 6-month guarantee.
The chair features a rocking function, but it is not designed to lock in a reclined position.
Basic assembly tools are typically included in the box; no specialized power tools are required.
It will work on carpet, but high-pile carpets may make the wheels harder to roll. Consider a floor mat for easier movement.
Check if the gas lift lever is fully returned to the neutral position. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement.
Ensure all bolts connecting the seat, back, and base are fully tightened. Verify that all five castor wheels are snapped securely into the base.
Check for hair or carpet fibers wrapped around the wheel axles and clear them away.
Assembly is required upon delivery; ensure all parts are laid out on a soft surface to prevent scratching the PU finish during the build. Once assembled, the chair is compatible with most standard-height desks given its adjustable seat range of 49-58cm. To maintain the chair, regularly wipe the PU surface with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals that could degrade the material. Check that the castor wheels are free of debris to maintain smooth movement on carpet or hard floors. Tighten bolts every few months to ensure the frame remains stable.
