Full details

This Trend PCD sawblade is designed for use on cement fibre board and other challenging materials such as laminate, solid wood, and ultra-hard materials. It features precision EDM ground high-quality industrial polycrystalline diamond cutting tips for a cleaner cut and a flat tooth with chamfer (Triple Chip Grind). The laser-cut hardened body ensures durability. Benefit from a longer life, faster cleaner cuts, and reduced dust, with up to 60 times longer life compared to TCT blades. Ideal for Hardie-Board cladding, Aqua board, Minerit, Eternit, and MDF. Suitable for portable, bench, and mitre saw use. Specifications include a 250mm (10 inch) diameter, 30mm bore, 2.4mm kerf, 1.6mm plate thickness, and 6 teeth in a TCG (Triple Chip Grind) form. It has a hook of 12 degrees and a maximum RPM of 85000. A coarse cut finish is achieved. It is recommended that the blade should not project more than 1mm out of the bottom of the substrate.
