FAQs
Can I leave this set outside all year?
While the steel frame is powder-coated for outdoor use, we recommend storing the set in a cool, dry place during winter to prolong its lifespan.
Are the cushion covers machine washable?
Yes, the covers feature zippers for easy removal and can generally be washed following the care instructions on the label.
What is the weight capacity of each chair?
The set is built for standard residential use, supporting typical adult weights safely; avoid standing on the chairs.
Is the table glass shatterproof?
The table uses tempered glass, which is designed to be stronger and safer than regular glass, though it should still be protected from extreme impact.
Can I buy additional chairs separately?
This is a 5-piece set as configured. Compatibility with other VidaXL models varies, so verify the product code if you seek matching additions.
Troubleshooting
Chair feels unstable or wobbly
Check that all bolts on the chair frame are fully tightened. If the surface is uneven, consider using felt pads or furniture levelers.
Difficulty reclining the backrest
Ensure the locking mechanism is clear of debris or grit. A light application of silicone lubricant to the hinge can help if the mechanism feels stiff.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly of the VidaXL set typically requires basic tools and approximately 30 to 60 minutes for a two-person team. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during setup for maximum structural stability. Regarding care, clean the steel frame with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals that might strip the powder coating. The cushions should be kept dry, so it is highly recommended to store them in a storage box or shed when not in use or during the winter months. For the tempered glass table, a standard glass cleaner will keep the surface looking brand new.
