FAQs

Is this a player-issue shirt?

This is a replica shirt designed for fans, providing a balance of performance technology and comfort for everyday wear.

How should I choose the right size given the slim fit?

If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit for casual wear, we recommend sizing up to accommodate the streamlined slim-fit cut.

Can I put this shirt in the dryer?

No, it is highly recommended to air dry to prevent heat damage to the synthetic performance fibers and logos.

What material is used for the jersey?

The jersey is made from specialized technical fabrics designed for breathability and moisture management.

Does the crest come off after washing?

The crest is high-quality, but it is best preserved by turning the shirt inside out before washing.

Troubleshooting

Fabric snagging

Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces or sharp objects, as the high-performance technical weave is sensitive to pulling.

Staining on white fabric

Treat stains immediately with a gentle, non-bleach stain remover before standard machine washing.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent moisture-wicking properties for high-intensity use
Sophisticated design that integrates traditional Welsh iconography
Lightweight material construction
Durable build quality characteristic of Macron sportswear

Cons

Slim fit cut may feel restrictive for some users
Requires careful laundering to maintain fabric integrity
Light white base color is more susceptible to visible staining

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Macron Wales 26/27 Away Shirt, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Washing: Machine wash in cold water (maximum 30 degrees Celsius) to protect the moisture-wicking properties of the synthetic fibers.
Drying: Air dry whenever possible. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the fabric elasticity and print quality.
Ironing: Avoid ironing directly over the club crest or logo. If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and place a protective cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Storage: Hang the garment on a wide, rounded hanger to maintain the shape of the shoulders and the structural integrity of the ribbed neckline.
