Yes, the handlebar is adjustable to grow alongside your child, ensuring a comfortable riding position.

This scooter is best used on smooth, dry, and flat surfaces like paved paths or sidewalks. It is not recommended for rough terrain or wet conditions.

Yes, the lightweight aluminum alloy frame is foldable, making it easy to store compactly when not in use.

The LED lights add visibility and fun. If battery-powered, ensure batteries are checked and replaced as needed.

Ensure the child is giving a slight push-off to gain initial momentum. Check if the scooter is assembled correctly and all parts are secured. If battery-powered lights are involved, ensure they are functioning, though this is unlikely to affect motor function.

Check if the rear foot brake mechanism is aligned correctly with the wheel. Ensure there is no debris obstructing the brake or wheel. If the brake feels loose, it may need adjustment or inspection for wear.

Tighten the handlebar adjustment mechanism according to the product's specific instructions. Ensure any quick-release levers are fully engaged and locked.

If the lights are battery-powered, check and replace the batteries. Ensure the light contacts are clean and the bulbs are not burnt out. For integrated lights, check all connections if accessible.

Confirm the scooter is on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the child is distributing their weight appropriately. The three-wheel design is inherently stable, so unusual instability might indicate a product issue or improper use.
