FAQs
What age is the Cosatto Wow 3 Rotate Bundle suitable for?
The bundle is suitable from birth. The carrycot is for newborns, and the reclining seat unit and infant car seat are designed for use from birth up to a specified weight limit.
How do I clean the fabrics?
Most fabric components can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more thorough cleaning, hand washing in cool water is often recommended, but always check the specific care label on each component.
Is the infant car seat compatible with other pushchairs?
The included infant car seat is designed to be compatible with the Cosatto Wow 3 travel system. Compatibility with other pushchair brands is not guaranteed and would require specific adaptors, if available.
What is the weight limit for the seat unit?
The weight limit for the seat unit is typically around 25kg, but always refer to the product's official specifications or user manual for the exact limit.
Can the seat unit be used parent-facing and world-facing?
Yes, the seat unit is reversible, allowing it to be used in both parent-facing and world-facing modes.
Does the car seat base require ISOFIX?
The rotating base is designed for secure installation, often utilizing a combination of ISOFIX (if your car has it) and a support leg for maximum stability. Always refer to the specific instructions for your base model.
How compact is the fold?
The Wow 3 features a seat-on fold which is designed for convenience. While it folds relatively compactly with the seat attached, it is a full-sized travel system and may not fit into very small car boots.
Troubleshooting
Wheels are stiff or difficult to turn
Check for debris or mud lodged in the wheel mechanism. Clean the wheels and axles thoroughly and lubricate if necessary with a silicone-based spray.
Car seat base not securing firmly in the car
Ensure the support leg is fully extended and locked into position on the car floor. Verify that the ISOFIX connectors (if applicable) are properly engaged. Consult the car seat manual for precise installation steps.
Fold mechanism is stuck
Ensure no items are obstructing the folding path. Check that the seat unit is in the correct position (usually flat or forward-facing for folding). Refer to the user manual for the correct folding sequence.
Carrycot or seat unit not locking onto the chassis
Align the connection points carefully and ensure they click firmly into place. Check that the release levers are in the correct position before attempting to attach.
