The Cooks Professional 2-Cup Egg Poacher Pan is designed for home cooks who value precision and convenience in their breakfast preparation. Its primary benefit is the combination of high-quality non-stick poaching cups and a multi-functional design that allows for both perfect eggs and everyday sautéing. A notable caveat is that while the main pan is dishwasher safe, the poaching cups require hand washing to ensure the longevity of the non-stick coating.

Yes, the pan is fully compatible with all hob types, including induction.
The stainless steel pan base is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing the non-stick poaching cups to preserve their coating.
The pan is oven safe up to 260°C.
Yes, by removing the insert, the base becomes a standard sauté pan ideal for stir-fries and sauces.
The handles are designed to stay cool to the touch during normal stovetop cooking, though they will become hot if placed inside an oven.
The pan is constructed from high-quality 18/10 anti-tarnish stainless steel.
Ensure the cups are lightly greased with a small amount of butter or oil before cracking the eggs into them.
Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer once the water has reached boiling point, as vigorous boiling is not necessary for poaching.
Check that the poaching cups are seated firmly in the frame and ensure the water level is not high enough to overflow into the cups.
Setting up the pan involves placing the poaching insert into the main pan and filling the base with enough water to sit just below the cups.
