Setup
- Preparation: Ensure the walls are clean, dry, and free of any old skirting board remnants.
- Measurement: Accurately measure the length of the walls to determine the required board lengths.
- Cutting: Use a saw to cut the boards to the desired lengths and angles.
- Installation: Apply adhesive or use fixings to secure the skirting boards to the walls. Ensure they are level and flush.
- Finishing: Fill any gaps with caulk and allow it to dry. Paint or gloss the boards to your desired finish.

The National Skirting Chamfered MDF Skirting Board is compatible with:
- Most types of interior walls.
- A variety of flooring materials.
- Standard adhesives and fixings.
- Water-based or oil-based paints and gloss.
Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the skirting boards with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect for any damage and touch up the paint or gloss as needed.
- Protection: Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture. Seal any exposed edges or cuts during installation to prevent water damage.
