The Rackhams Firm Bronze 1500 Pocket Spring Mattress is designed for individuals seeking a firm and highly supportive sleep surface, ideal for front and back sleepers or those who prefer minimal sink. Its key benefit is the 1500 individually wrapped pocket springs that provide targeted support and reduce motion transfer for an undisturbed sleep. A potential caveat is that its firmness may not suit side sleepers or those who prefer a softer feel. This mattress features a durable 24cm profile, a premium stretch knit sleeping surface for breathability, and is double-sided for extended lifespan.

The Firm Bronze 1500 is designed for firm support and may be too rigid for some side sleepers. It is best suited for front and back sleepers or those who prefer minimal sink. If you are a side sleeper, you might find it causes pressure points on your shoulders and hips.
As it is a double-sided mattress, it's recommended to rotate it head-to-toe and flip it over every 3 to 6 months to ensure even wear and prolong its lifespan.
A standard double mattress typically measures 135cm x 190cm (4'6" x 6'3"). Please refer to specific product details for exact measurements.
Individually wrapped pocket springs contour to your body's unique shape, providing targeted support where you need it most. They also work independently, which significantly reduces the transfer of movement, making it ideal for couples.
This mattress is generally compatible with adjustable bed bases, provided the base has adequate support and the mattress can flex without damage. It's always best to check the specific compatibility guidelines for adjustable bases.
The tufted finish secures all the internal layers of the mattress, including the springs and fillings, in place. This helps to maintain the mattress's structure, prevent shifting, and ensure consistent support and performance over time.
Ensure you have been regularly rotating and flipping the mattress as recommended. Unevenness can occur if the mattress is not properly maintained.
This is common with new mattresses due to manufacturing materials and packaging. Air out the mattress in a well-ventilated room for a few days. The smell should dissipate.
While pocket springs reduce motion transfer, significant movement might still be felt. Ensure your bed frame is stable and consider a mattress topper for additional cushioning if needed.
Setup: This mattress is designed to be used on a solid base or a slatted base with supportive slats spaced no more than 7cm apart. Ensure the bed frame is sturdy and capable of supporting the mattress and its occupants.
Compatibility: The Rackhams Firm Bronze 1500 mattress is compatible with most bed frames, including divan bases and bed frames with slatted supports. It is designed for standard double bed dimensions.
Care: As a double-sided mattress, it requires regular maintenance to ensure longevity and even wear. We recommend rotating the mattress head-to-toe and flipping it over every 3-6 months. Use a mattress protector to safeguard against spills and stains. Clean with a slightly damp cloth if necessary; avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
