Product Information

Full details

This extra-large Bowen Garden Lantern in black is designed for homeowners seeking to add a sophisticated, contemporary focal point to their outdoor spaces. Its key benefit is the realistic, flickering LED candle that provides a warm glow without the hassle or danger of a real flame, offering ambient lighting for gardens, patios, or entryways. A potential caveat is the need for separate C batteries and the fact that it's primarily an accent piece rather than a primary light source.

Troubleshooting

Lantern does not turn on

Ensure that 2 x C batteries are correctly inserted into the base compartment. Check that the batteries are fresh and properly aligned. Verify the remote control has working batteries and is pointed towards the lantern.

LED flame is not flickering

Try switching the lantern off and on again using the remote or the switch on the base. If the issue persists, remove and reinsert the batteries.

Remote control is not working

Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the lantern. Try standing closer to the lantern.

Lantern turns off unexpectedly

This may be due to the 6-hour timer function being activated. If not intended, ensure the timer is deactivated or reset using the remote. Check battery levels, as low power can cause intermittent shutoffs.
