These zinc plated mild steel Jubilee Superclamps are particularly suited for delivery and suction hoses requiring a very tight seal and various heavy duty applications. All products meet standard DIN 3017 and have a high clamping force. With an 8mm slotted hex head fastening. Features and Benefits Manufactured from zinc plated mild steel to offer some corrosion resistance and bolster overall product longevity. These Superclamps offer a very tight seal, making them ideal for suction and delivery hoses. Available in a variety of sizes and specifications to suit individual requirements. High clamping force for a durable hold. Typical Applications Suited for delivery and suction hoses requiring a very tight seal, agricultural applications, waste water extraction, mining, quarrying as well as other applications where a heavy-duty clamp is required. Jubilee Superclamps offer the highest tightening torques with 8.8 high tensile bolts allowing an impressive maximum recommended torque of 25Nm. These clamps can also be used in place of SAE J1508 type TB or T-Bolt style clamps. Single nut adjustment, smooth band protects hose, bridge piece ensures 360° seal. Assembly by manual or automatic tools.
