The Sealey SCW4125FPEM fixed plate castor wheel is designed for professionals and trade users who require a high-capacity, reliable solution for heavy-duty equipment. Offering a robust 230kg load capacity and a sturdy cast aluminium core, this component ensures stable movement for industrial gear; however, as a fixed-plate design, it does not offer the directional maneuverability of swivel alternatives.

The SCW4125FPEM has a rated load capacity of 230kg.
No, this is a fixed plate castor, which means it moves in a straight line and does not rotate.
The wheel features a durable cast aluminium core.
The wheel diameter is 125mm.
While it can be used domestically, it is designed primarily for professional trade and heavy-duty industrial applications.
Check the axle for debris such as string, metal shavings, or dirt buildup and clear the pathway.
Verify that all mounting plate bolts are tightened to the frame and that the castor is not sitting on an uneven surface.
Installation should be performed on a solid, level surface to ensure the mounting plate sits flush. Use high-tensile bolts corresponding to the plate hole dimensions to handle the 230kg rated load safely. Ensure all four mounting points are secured tightly before applying weight. For maintenance, periodically inspect the wheel for debris buildup in the axle area and ensure the mounting bolts remain tightened to prevent wobbling. If the castor is used in a damp or chemical-heavy environment, occasional cleaning of the wheel tread will preserve surface grip and prevent long-term material degradation.
