Product Information

Full details

The LPD Single Pocket Door System is designed for homeowners and builders looking to maximize living space in modern interiors. Its key benefit is allowing doors to retract completely into the wall, eliminating the need for swing clearance and freeing up valuable floor area. A caveat is that the door itself is sold separately, requiring an additional purchase and coordination with the system's specifications. This system provides a sleek, contemporary solution for compact rooms, narrow hallways, and open-plan layouts by making typically unusable space functional.

Troubleshooting

Door is difficult to slide

Check for any obstructions within the wall cavity or track. Ensure the door is correctly seated on the hanger system and that all wheels are free to rotate. Verify the door is not warped.

Door does not retract fully into the wall

Confirm the wall cavity is deep enough for the door. Check that no structural elements are impeding the door's path. Ensure the door is not binding against the frame.

Hanger system appears loose or unstable

Verify that all mounting screws are securely tightened into the framing. Ensure the track is properly secured to the header and studs.

Frame deflection

The design of the metal box sides with corrugations aims to prevent frame deflection. Ensure proper installation according to instructions. If deflection is observed, re-check structural support.
