Yes, for safety and stability, it is highly recommended to anchor both wardrobes to the wall using the provided hardware.
It is strongly advised to have at least two people, as the wardrobe panels are large, heavy, and require support during the assembly of the frame.
You will generally need a screwdriver, a rubber mallet for dowels, and a spirit level to ensure the units are perfectly vertical.
The corner wardrobe includes fixed structural shelving to ensure stability, while others may be adjustable depending on the pre-drilled holes.
Wipe with a clean, slightly damp lint-free cloth followed by a dry cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Adjust the hinge mounting screws to realign the doors. Consult the manual for the specific adjustment points for soft-close hinges.
Ensure all cam-locks are tightened fully and that the unit is level on the floor. Use wall-anchoring straps to secure the unit to the wall studs.
Assembly is a significant undertaking that requires at least two adults and standard hand tools. Before beginning, ensure the floor is level, as the wardrobe alignment depends on a stable base.
