This non-conductive adaptor from Laser, model 9126, is designed for electricians, auto electricians, and mechanics working on hybrid and electric vehicles. It allows a 1/4" drive bit driver or drill driver to be used with 3/8" drive insulated sockets, ensuring no metal-to-metal contact between the ends to isolate the driver from the socketry. Manufactured to IEC60900 standards, it provides safe operator use on live circuits up to 1000v AC and 1500v DC. The adaptor isolates a bit driver from high-voltage sources and allows the use of insulated sockets and bit sockets on various drivers. It features a 1/4" quick chuck hex shank and a 3/8" drive, with an overall length of 75mm and a maximum torque of 40NM. The material is chrome vanadium (CV6150) with PA6+30%GF plastic.
