No, this is a single-phase cable designed for a maximum output of 7.2KW.
If your current cable is rated for a lower amperage, using this 32A cable may decrease your charging time depending on your vehicle's charger limits.
Wipe the cable with a dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or submerge the connectors in water.
Check that both ends are fully inserted and locked. Ensure the charging station is powered on and not reporting an error.
Verify that your vehicle's charging timer settings are not interrupting the session. Check the connector pins for any dirt or blockage.
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or the charging session has been explicitly stopped via the vehicle's interface or the charging station app.
Setup is straightforward: insert one end of the cable into the charging station (EVSE) and the other end into the vehicle's charging port. Ensure both ends click firmly into place to engage the locking mechanism. This cable is compatible with all electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids that utilize a Type 2 inlet. To maintain the life of your cable, avoid driving over the cord with vehicle tires and keep the protective dust caps closed when the cable is not in use. Store the cable in a cool, dry place and avoid sharp bending or tight coiling, which can damage the internal copper wiring over time.
