Troubleshooting
Pieces do not seem to fit together
Ensure that the pieces are laid on a perfectly flat surface and double-check that the edges are correctly aligned; the 'Softclick' technology ensures a firm connection when the orientation is correct.
Surface of the puzzle is peeling
Avoid contact with water or excessive humidity; if a piece gets slightly damp, let it air dry completely before attempting to reassemble it.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Large pieces are easy for toddlers to hold and connect
- High-quality, durable materials that resist wear and tear
- Engaging Paw Patrol theme encourages sustained play
- Helps build essential hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning
Cons
- Requires a large, clear floor area for assembly (70 x 50 cm)
- Limited number of pieces might be too simple for older children
- Large footprint makes it difficult to keep assembled in small rooms
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Ravensburger puzzle, assemble it on a flat, clean surface free of moisture. Because the pieces are large, they do not require a puzzle mat for basic assembly, but keeping them stored in the original box when not in use will prevent the loss of individual components. If pieces become dusty, gently wipe them with a dry cloth; do not use liquids or cleaning agents as these can warp the cardboard substrate. Store the puzzle in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the die-cut edges.
